Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – Vietnam National University (HCMUT - Bach Khoa), established in 1957, is a state-owned and comprehensive university in Vietnam.
The University has been recognized as the leading center of academy, scientific researching, and technology transferring in Vietnam.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology is the first and the only university in Vietnam to achieve Accreditation from HCERES (Europe) & AUN-QA (ASEAN) at the same time.
For programs accreditation, HCMUT - Bach Khoa is the first university in Vietnam to achieve ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology Certification, USA) in two majors: Computer Science and Computer Engineering. We also achieved AUN – QA (Quality Assurance in ASEAN University Network Certification) in 9 majors: Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial System Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering and Electrical-Electronic Engineering.

For international students, Bach Khoa offer bachelor’s degree & master’s degree study programs of which the medium of instruction is English.

Thus, students have opportunities to transfer to our partner universities for the Bachelor degree awarded by the partner universities; as well as exchanging for academic or cultural programs in maximum 02 semesters.
