Kozminski University, founded in 1993, is a private institution of higher education with full academic rights. The university has obtained Polish and international accreditations, as well as excellent results in global and national educational rankings, which shows the high quality of its programs and services. Due to these qualities, KU diplomas themselves have become coveted. The university’s offer includes various Bachelor's, Master’s, MBA’s as well as Ph.D. programs. All of these are also offered in English.
Since 2009, Kozminski University is classified in the prestigious educational rankings provided by the ‘Financial Times’ – Business School Rankings, which include the best universities from around the world. Moreover, for the past 17 consecutive years, it holds first place throughout private universities in educational rankings published by ‘Perspektywy’, ‘Rzeczpospolita’ and ‘WPROST’. KU holds the rights to award doctoral degrees in the following disciplines: management, economics, finance, sociology, and law. As the only private higher education institution in Poland, it has the power to authorize a higher Ph.D. degree (habilitation degree) in the discipline of management, law, and economics. Also under the so-called parametric evaluation of research units within the field of economics Kozminski University boasts the highest first category ranking.
The educational offer includes management (in Polish and English), management in virtual environments (in Polish and English), finance and accounting (in Polish and English), economics – international markets, law, administration, as well as social sciences in management: business and media sociology and psychology in management. Starting in the academic year 2016/2017 the university has created an elite law program called "Law and Finance".

The three-year Bachelor Program in Management (equivalent to a BSc or a BComm degree) is designed for students who are interested in pursuing managerial and entrepreneurial careers in both domestic and international companies.
Conducted in English, the program consists of six semesters. Its objective is to provide students with a solid foundation in management, finance, accounting, human resource management, and other business-related areas in a real-world setting.
Guided by our accomplished faculty students acquire the comprehensive knowledge, practical skills, and analytical tools needed to establish a successful enterprise or perform effectively as a manager.
The program includes a professional internship and enables students to choose a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Marketing or International Management. Each specialization offers its participants the ability to gain a deeper knowledge and to fine tune the skills within specific areas of management necessary to successfully confront the numerous challenges when pursuing an international professional career.

The Management and Artificial Intelligence in Digital Society Program is a specialization on the Bachelor in Management Program.
The Program is a rare, but very necessary, combination of insightful management knowledge with programming skills and data analytics.
The studies are aimed at educating more and more managers demanded on the labor market, who simultaneously have:
business skills
knowledge of new technologies and their impact on society
knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
programming competences (programming in several languages - Python, Java)
In addition, students will master the tools for multidimensional analysis of the digitalization processes and will acquire the skills necessary to identify, acquire, store and analyze data of a large volume (Big Data).
Students have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with theories that give a deeper understanding of the ongoing technological revolution and the related social and business changes.
During the studies a module on artificial intelligence is implemented, thanks to which students acquire skills in the field of programming and machine learning as well as their use in business.
From the second semester, students will work in groups on a start-up or implementation project under the supervision of KU specialists.
During their studies, students obtain a certificate which states that they completed a Python programming course, and a certificate of obtaining a basic course in machine learning.
The Program offers a lot of freedom in developing the students' interests by offering elective courses aimed at deepening their interests.
