Curriculum
The Innovation and Digital curriculum, which is offered as part of the degree program in Innovative Technologies for Digital Communication, provides multidisciplinary training geared at taking the user’s perspective into account at all phases of developing innovative digital applications. These steps include: identifying the needs of certain target customers, developing a prototype of the application, evaluating its ease of use, and launching the product through various digital channels.
The strength of this degree is the creation of an integrated vision of what it means to make innovation, starting with a careful analysis of users’ needs (via interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, interactive workshops, and so on) and in-depth knowledge of the numerous digital technologies available today (not just mobile but also related to the Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data).

Many professors are actually researchers at DASIC (Digital Administration and Social Innovation Center), a research center that engages students in a variety of projects focused on the application of new technologies at the corporate, institutional, and social levels, with the goal of improving production, administration, and consumption processes through innovation and optimization.
