The archival specialization allows students to obtain substantive and practical qualifications in the field of archivistics and modern documentation management. At a time when the value of a document is of particular importance, and keeping archives, especially in-house archives, requires specialist knowledge and authorizations, these studies are a response to social needs and help in supplementing the qualifications necessary for the profession of archivist. The program pays particular attention to IT, modern documentation management and e-administration. Graduates of the archival specialization are prepared to work in company and equivalent archives - as well as in state administration and local government.
