Bachelor of Arts in Theatre

With a bachelor of arts in theatre, students inherently learn essential management, communication and problem-solving skills that will help every aspect of their personal and professional lives – on top of becoming experts in their chosen concentration. As theatre majors, students may audition for one of the following concentrations: acting, costumes, musical theatre, stage design and technology, stage direction and management, and theatre education. Though each concentration follows their own unique audition process, theatre majors must first bring two letters of recommendation that discuss work ethic, skill level, career goals and discipline, and participate in interviews with members of the theatre department.
