Introduction
BSc Electrical Engineering
The College of Engineering aims to produce competent and responsible engineers ethically committed to the application and advancement of Science and Technology geared towards national development.

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) deals with electrical layout design, motors and generators, distribution and transmission lines, power plant, and other related works.
The program aims to produce committed professionals equipped with strong foundations in basic applied sciences for planning, design, construction and installation of modern electrical equipment and systems for power generation and distribution.
Specific Objectives
The program specifically aims:
- to provide solid and sufficient knowledge in Electrical Engineering to enable the graduates to practice their profession;
- to develop the technical abilities of the students to enable them to meet the demands of changing technology; and
- to deepen the students' social awareness and environmental consciousness for the utilization and conservation of natural resources.
