The Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) degree is a direct entry, four-year program that prepares graduates for high-paying careers in high-demand computer and technical fields. The BSCS is a student-centered program designed to prepare students to work in industry to contribute to the design and development of software and computer systems. The classes are built to teach students to collaborate and replicate real-world perspectives through teamwork and independent learning.

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Advanced Manufacturing and Design provides the skills and experience needed to advance careers in manufacturing across a broad range of industries in both technical and managerial roles. The curriculum is based on solving real-world workplace challenges related to production systems, automation, materials testing, safety, operations and project management, supply chain, quality control, technical communications, and sustainability.

Known as the learning lab for the 21st-century workplace, the Bachelor of Science in Management degree is a two-year, 90-credit program designed for those pursing management careers who have completed professional-technical associate degrees, that typically do not transfer to four-year universities.

The Environmental Conservation, BAS program takes advantage of the exceptional learning opportunities in Skagit Valley’s unique ecology of temperate forests, shorelines, and mixed-use wilderness areas and a fully accredited water lab to provide students with a unique way to develop key natural resource management skills.

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Conservation (BASEC) is designed to allow students with an existing Environmental Conservation AAS-T degree from Skagit Valley College OR another comparable two-year degree in natural resources to earn a bachelor of applied science degree. Students accepted into the BASEC degree are expected to begin the fall quarter; exceptions will be allowed on a case-by-case basis. The BASEC degree is designed to meet the growing employment needs for graduates with a four-year degree and advanced skills in environmental science and natural resource management. Graduates with a BASEC degree will acquire the necessary skills for advanced field and laboratory work and be able to move into management and supervisory positions within natural resource management divisions in the public and private sector.
