The major in Mathematics Education prepares students to teach mathematics standards in grades eight through twelve. In addition to the curriculum requirements outlined, students pursuing this degree must meet the criteria for admission to the Teacher Education Program, Student Teaching, and the Kentucky and Alice Lloyd Teacher Standards.
