Master the digital language with a B.S. in Computer Science.
The Bachelor of Science program in Computer Science combines a solid core of computer science courses with the option to gain real depth in another area through a concentration in game development or information and cybersecurity. In addition, there are numerous choices in the curriculum for science and humanities courses. As computing is a discipline with strong links to many fields, this provides students with the flexibility to pursue their interests. To graduate with a degree in mathematics or computer science, majors must have a GPA of at least 2.0 in all mathematics and computer science courses, with at most one grade lower than a C–. This applies to those courses that have been taken at Adelphi in fulfillment of degree requirements. Majors in computer and management information systems are required to maintain an average of 2.0 in all courses applied to the major.
