Timetable
The program consists of four modules which are each taught over a period of two semesters. Classes occur on weekdays 4 days a week. Please note that in addition, students are required to attend academic workshop sessions during the academic year.
The student will have access to their personalized electronic timetable in UMS.
Literature
eTextbooks for each module you study are included in the fee. These are chosen by the module leader and can be read online or downloaded to a computer of a handheld device, and is accessed via Mycopenhagenbusinesscollege.
Access to other learning materials with the most important ones gathered on an online reading list created by your module leader or librarian will be made available to you. The reading list will be accessible through the module area on Mycopenhagenbusinesscollege.
You will also have access to librarians, academic writing - as well as student learning assistants and IT experts to assist and advise you. If your query is more in-depth, please schedule an appointment with the librarian. The librarian will also visit your seminars throughout the year to equip you with the skills to help you succeed in the course.
Finally, there are online resources which you can use in your own time to study where and when you choose.

Applicants wishing to progress to postgraduate study should note that admission requirements vary between institutions. As the BA(Hons)IHTM does not include a final dissertation or project it may not meet the admission requirements for some programs, particularly within Denmark.
Students graduating with 2:2 honors will be eligible to apply for Middlesex University’s MSc/PGDip/PGCert International Hospitality and Events Management.
Students graduating with 2:2 honors will be eligible to apply for NBCBC’s MSc International Business and Management.
Admission requirements
2 year to 3 year third level education degrees or diplomas within hospitality and tourism or thereof related studies.
Danish AP Degree in Service, or Equivalent Danish or overseas qualifications, and
High-level English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent with no band below 5.5)
